We have marketed American financial services, innovative global products, international conferences, investment cruises and seminars as well as Ronald's reports and books on investments, economics, retirement planning and current events for over 15 years to a wide range of affluent American investors and readers. Also we've traveled and worked in Europe, Bermuda, Canada, the Middle East and the Caribbean while visiting all major mountain resorts in North America and the Alps but now happily call the highest elevation mountain community near Asheville home at 4,500 feet.

Ronald Holland is an internationally known financial & marketing consultant & author of 3 books and over a hundred  articles, a leading speaker at financial conferences in the US and abroad and editor of several internet based news sites. Although from North Carolina, Ron has lived and worked in Geneva, Switzerland and traveled all over Europe and North America. He retired from the financial services industry in 2004 and has taken his lifelong love and passion for mountains, skiing, sales and marketing into a new career as VP of Marketing for a major Mountain Resort and a broker/realtor for a real estate firm.  His hobbies are skiing, hiking, traveling, studying history especially the War Between the States, European history including the Knights Templar & free-market economics.

Professional Credentials 

Ronald Holland has long been a speaker and author on the necessity for global retirement planning and international investment diversification. Long a critic of excessive government intervention in its citizen’s financial, economic, and private lives, he warns that your private wealth and retirement funds are at risk today from government, terrorist threats, a falling dollar and unwarranted lawsuits. 

Since the 9/11 tragedy, he has written extensively on the two greatest threats to the wealth and liberty of most American citizens are the War on Terror's attacks on civil liberties and the possible threat of another terrorist attack against our financial infrastructure and Wall Street.

He has been licensed for for securities sales since 1983 and he was formerly the creator and President of a registered investment firm licensed in 47 states. This firm during the period 1996 to 1999 sold over $55 million is investment sales with the first Swiss franc based product licensed for sale in the United States. As CEO and head of marketing, he created and developed a national marketing program across the United States through direct mail, telephone and the internet. . 

Ron has over 25 years experience in trusts, investments, and retirement planning and was formerly the head of a bank trust department and a registered principal for a national investment firm. He has served as a retirement consultant to individual Americans and international corporations and was President of International Retirement Consultants. 

In addition, he and his wife Tami have created and managed a related international financial conference business holding seminars in the USA and globally in top hotels in Bermuda, Vancouver, Zurich, Bahamas, and Vienna.  They created the marketing program, promoted the conferences marketed to politically conservative and affluent investors at these conferences and seminars.

1^st Swiss Franc Denominated Variable Annuity Fund: In 1995, Ron developed the product idea for the first Swiss franc denominated U.S. variable annuity fund for American investors. 1^st Book in 1993 Warning of Coming Government Attacks on Retirement Plans: The first American retirement expert to warn in The Retirement Trap of the government’s plan to control, tax, and penalize wealthy Americans with large retirement benefits. Book sold over 10,000 copies.

1^st Special Report on Asset Protection by Swiss Annuities: Wrote the first Special Report in 1992 outlining the unique asset protection features provided by Swiss Law for investors in Swiss annuities. Now, thousands of Americans at risk of frivolous lawsuit take advantage of this low cost method of asset protection. 

1^st Offshore Swiss Annuity IRA Program: Created the first Swiss Annuity IRA program in the United States in 1990 to help Americans with retirement funds escape the loss of purchasing power due to the long-term dollar collapse. Since 1990 hundreds of millions of dollars have been diversified out of the dollar into the Swiss Franc and other sound currencies. 

1^st Self-Directed Hard Asset IRA: Created the first Self-Directed Hard Asset IRA program in the United States during the late 1970’s to help Americans escape the ravages of inflation on their retirement funds. The concept became so popular and the banking industry so concerned at the flight of IRA wealth to safety, that Congress passed section 314(b) of the Economic Recovery Act in 1981 to end the practice of hard asset investments by retirement plans.
